The International Vitamin Corporation is looking for an Sr, Manager of Talent Acquisition. This role will report to the Sr Director, Human Resources. The role will develop talent strategies, drive in new talent, infuse the organization with experienced new hires, full cycle recruitment, manage a team, partner with leaders on needs, train the organization on best practices, manage ATS , manage Talent budget, manage and deliver data and metrics. This person will need to be experienced in Talent and Recruitment within a Manufacturing / direct labor / high volume recruitment environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve hiring targets for both professional and manufacturing roles.
• Drive hiring excellence, standardization of recruitment processes, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to catalyze, co-create and drive high volume hiring plans, talent strategies, priorities, and process improvements
• Responsible for optimizing value of the ATS and VMS.
• Oversee relationships with temporary staffing agencies, to include contract negotiations, relationship management, and optimization of service through setting clear expectations and frequent review of performance.
• Build and maintain a quality talent pipeline by sourcing passive and active candidates.
• Analyze current and future organizational workforce needs and implements plans to ensure staffing continuity.
• Understand external labor market conditions and establish networks to build relationships with candidate, agencies, schools, and associations and attract diverse talent pools.
• Identify trends based on quantitative and qualitative data to determine improvement areas, provide follow up on issue resolution and/or appropriate communication to the businesses, and make recommendations on process changes. Support the development and implementation of action plans to address opportunity areas.
• Develop and report on Talent and Staffing metrics.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager role, or similar
• Experience with high volume manufacturing recruitment and staffing
• Experience recruiting and building pipelines with candidates from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with hiring managers across business functions
• Data-driven and aware of recruiting trends, technology, and strategies
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and deliver results within a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred:

• Experience with SuccessFactors and VMS
• Experience managing temp staffing agency relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
