We are looking for an experienced International Travel Consultant to join our team in Marine Lines, Mumbai. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their international travel experiences. Your expertise will help ensure their journeys are smooth and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Travel Planning**: Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Create customized travel itineraries that include flights, accommodations, and activities.
2. **Booking and Reservations**: Make all necessary travel reservations, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Ensure accuracy and confirm all details well in advance.
3. **Client Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips. Address any issues or concerns that arise and resolve them in a timely manner.
4. **Market Research**: Stay updated on travel trends, products, and destinations. Provide clients with informed recommendations based on the latest information.
5. **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of client trips, bookings, and payments. Manage schedules and ensure compliance with travel regulations.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have 8 to 14 years of experience in travel consulting, with a strong knowledge of international destinations and booking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for travel are key to succeeding in this role.
