We are looking for an International Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling and must be a graduate. This role involves making calls to international clients and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential clients in international markets, introducing our services and generating leads.

2. **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.

3. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls made, inquiries received, and follow-up actions taken.

4. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients regarding our services to help improve the customer experience.

5. **Reporting**: Regularly report on call metrics and results to management, ensuring targets are met.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and any additional language is a plus. A strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
