Job Description:

• The logistics specialist role involves managing and overseeing supply chain operations.
• Specialist will be shipping both domestic and international of control panels, valued at $20-500k/panel
• Responsible for ensuring that the products are delivered on time, in good condition, and in a cost-effective manner.
• Negotiate shipping rates and select forwarders based on price, quality, and delivery schedule.
• Manage just-in-time logistic of materials from vendors or factory to project sites in coordination with project managers.
• Set up and oversee import and export customs clearance.
• Collaborate with national and international agencies and associations.
• Experience and working knowledge in US custom clearance.
• Experience with shipping and receiving of high valued electrical components/equipment.
• Updating Project Management team, the status of equipment as it is shipped.
• The person must be experience with customs clearance requirements.
• Must be proficient in MS Office products.
