DUTIES

~ Oversee management of all school development (fundraising), finance, and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

~ At least five years experience in an educational leadership position

~ International Baccalaureate and California public school experience

~ Knowledge of international schools and their common philosophies and commitments

~ Knowledge of California charter school operations with an emphasis on compliance and financial reporting requirements

~ Masters degree or equivalent

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

~ Experience working and living within a diverse, international community

~ Deep personal commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

~ Current California teaching or school administration credential

~ Experience with strategic and financial planning with an emphasis on fundraising
