International Language Institute Hiring for Admin Support & Customer Service (evenings – pm, Monday-Thursday) at Washington, DC Full Time

Language school is hiring a part-time, in-person evening classroom support & customer service team member immediately. Days and hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Basic technology skills and previous customer service experience a must.

• Must be able to connect/support/troubleshoot classroom set-up (laptops, TVs, cameras, microphones) for Zoom & hybrid evening classes.
• Experience with Zoom accounts (logging in & out, finding scheduled meetings, starting meetings, trouble-shouting).
• Copying, printing, scanning to assist instructors.
• Answering all incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, provide program information
• Answering incoming email
• Taking and entering payments in QuickBooks software
• Processing new student appliatons
• Closing up school
