Chicago / Hybrid) The Digital Marketing Associate will help support The Fellowship’s brand awareness through digital advertising and online marketing.

As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will work with the ditigal marketing team to implement online fundraising content development, paid advertisement support and digital lead generation through Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

This position is based in our downtown Chicago headquarters.

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in digital advertising and marketing such as paid search, PPC, SEO, CTV, display advertising and retargeting.

Preferred experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing, WordPress or SEMrush.

Essential job responsibilities include :

• Facilitating the development and delivery of campaign.
• Collaborate on the creation of lead generation and dedicated email campaigns with key partners to drive new acquisitions.
• Manage deadlines for internal and external key partners to ensure successful launch of campaigns.
• Monitor and provide analysis of PPC, lead generation & SEO efforts.
• Ensure proper tracking, programming, and fulfillment is in place through monthly .

Technical and Individual Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
• Creative; outside of the box thinker
• Ability to perform detailed work with meticulous accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly effective oral and written communications skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a dynamic team.
• Solid foundation of basic fundraising or conversion-driving principles in the digital landscape
• Google Analytics knowledge and basic understanding of digital advertising campaign performance, lead generation and ing
