You have:
A Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or an acceptable combination of education and experience, with demonstrated strong performance in the administration of complex grant agreements.
Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
A minimum of 3 years experience in project administration and financial management, preferably with exposure to risk management and contracting.
An in-depth understanding of policies, procedures and practices governing grant administration.
An enhanced knowledge of international development.

Providing financial and administrative advice and support services in all phases of a project’s lifecycle.
Ensuring the effective and efficient stewardship of resources across a wide variety of projects and externally funded programs.
Ensuring the compliance of the administrative and financial aspects of the project proposals and considering the associated risks.
Being the front-line representative of grant administration for grantees and internal clients at IDRC.
Monitoring risk mitigations of project funds.
