The Role

As our first Internal Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruiting at FullEnrich. You’ll be responsible to build a strong talent pipeline, run structured hiring processes, and ensure every hire lands well with a solid onboarding. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for someone who loves the hunt, operates with a strategic mindset, and knows how to move quickly and assertively.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Outreach

• Own the full sourcing cycle: identify, engage, and convert top candidates
• Build targeted lists of candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
• Write compelling outreach messages tailored to each profile
• Use modern AI tools to increase outreach volume and quality
• Run multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls

Process & Coordination

• Create and maintain well-structured job descriptions for each open role
• Build business cases for each position: why this profile, where to find them, how to approach them
• Design and run skills assessments / technical tests for candidates
• Coordinate all interview stages and stakeholders with precision
• Track pipeline and report on hiring metrics

Onboarding

• Prepare onboarding plans for each new hire in collaboration with the team
• Ensure a smooth first 30/60/90 days experience
• Manage onboarding documentation in Notion

HR (Bonus)

• Support on HR topics as needed (employee relations, policies, etc.)
• This is a plus, not a requirement — sourcing and process come first

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a tech company or at a tech-focused agency
• Strong tech recruiting background — you know how to assess and attract engineers, product, data, and GTM profiles
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — mandatory to work with our French-speaking founders
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting: sourcing → offer
• Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern sourcing techniques
• Uses AI tools to enhance productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Gem, etc.)
• Highly autonomous — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Strong organizational skills — you can manage 5+ open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Excellent communicator — written and verbal, in both languages
• Based in or eligible to work in USA or Canada

Nice to Have

• HR generalist experience or appetite
• Experience with onboarding program design
• Familiarity with tools like Deel, Gusto, or similar HR/payroll platforms
