Internal Data Resources Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist (High-Volume) Job at Peachtree Corners, GA Full Time

IDR’s global, multibillion-dollar financial services client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support their team. This role is a 6 Month Contract to Hire and Hybrid in Peachtree Corners. Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner:

• Full Cycle Recruitment, working with managers to understand the needs of their team
• Source candidates and upload their resumes for hiring managers to review
• Source mainly on non-exempt high-volume jobs (customer service representatives, data entry)
• Screen candidates and do initial prescreens
• Source candidates from Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Dice
• KPIs/Metrics: you will be held to 20 offers/hires a month for high-volume call center positions

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Partner:

• 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Experience with any ATS
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
• Positive and outgoing personality

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
