Internship Opportunity: Founder’s Office Intern (Design + Marketing + Operations)
📍 Remote | ⏳ 2 Months (Unpaid, with potential to convert)
At Tails & Tales, we’re building a modern pet care grooming brand. As we prepare for launch, we’re looking for someone who can work closely with me, the founder.
It’s for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being deeply involved in building a brand from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with me across a mix of creative, operational, and strategic tasks:
Design & Creative
- Create clean, premium-looking creatives (flyers, PDFs, decks, social content)
- Translate ideas into visually strong outputs using Canva (and other tools if you know them)
Marketing & Copy
- Write sharp, human, non-AI sounding copy (captions, product content, emails)
- Assist in shaping brand voice and communication
Founder’s Office / Operations
- Help manage day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate small projects and ensure things move forward smoothly
- Bring structure and organization to ongoing work
Who This Is For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong design aesthetic (minimal, premium, modern)
- Is comfortable with Canva (bonus: Figma, Adobe tools)
- Demonstrates strong written communication skills with clarity and professionalism
- Is reliable, proactive, and professional
- Is excited by startups and doesn’t need constant direction
- Can think independently and take ownership
Bonus if you:
- Have a background in graphic design / visual communication
- Understand D2C brands, beauty, wellness, or pet space
- Have worked with AI tools (for ideation, not copy-pasting)
