At KOHO, we’re not your average 9-5. We believe real impact comes from people who are trusted, empowered, and supported to do their best work – without sacrificing their lives to do it. We prioritize work-life integration, not just work-life balance. That means asynchronous collaboration, flexible hours, and a remote-first setup built around autonomy and high trust.
KOHO is entering its next chapter – leaner, smarter, more AI-integrated. We’re building for impact, not bureaucracy. If you thrive in environments that value clarity, ownership, and bold thinking, you’ll fit right in.
About The Role
KOHO is in the middle of a meaningful shift – from a traditional P&C function to a modern People Enablement model. We treat the employee experience the way great product teams treat user experience: with rigor, ownership, and a relentless focus on removing friction.
The People Business Partner is a critical node in that system. You’ll work on both strategy and execution – partnering with people managers to build high-performing teams, owning the infrastructure that makes our people operations reliable and scalable, and continuously improving the systems that shape how KOHOnians experience work. You’ll work cross-functionally with Talent and Coaching to achieve our goals.
This is not a support role. It’s a builder role for someone who thinks in systems, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and holds themselves accountable to outcomes.
We are open to hiring at the intermediate or senior level. This role reports to the Director, People and Culture.
