Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing efforts across various digital channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Google Ads Account Management: Devise, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive relevant traffic, boost conversions, and achieve outstanding ROI. Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Email Marketing Team Management: Lead and mentor the email marketing team in creating compelling email campaigns that engage our audience, nurture leads, and foster customer loyalty. Collaborate with the team to segment audiences and tailor communications for maximum impact.
• Digital Creative Management: Oversee the development of captivating digital creatives, encompassing graphics, videos, and interactive content. Ensure that all creative materials align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
• Merchandising Strategy Team Management: Manage the merchandising strategy team, collaborating on effective product launches and marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, support lead generation, and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
• Website Optimizations: Implement website enhancements that elevate user experience, improve conversion rates, and drive online sales.
• Social Media Strategy Oversight: Develop and oversee our social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth across various platforms.
• Data Analysis and ing: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular s for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bidding, and performance tracking.
• Demonstrated success in managing email marketing campaigns and nurturing customer relationships.
• Strong creative and design sense with experience overseeing digital creative development.
• Team leadership and management experience, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, marketing analytics, and ing tools.
