Interior Logic Group Property Services is a leading supplier of flooring for the Multi-Family, Single Family and Senior Living communities.

Position Summary

The position is responsible for position postings, sourcing, and interviewing qualified candidates for a wide range of roles. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail and a drive to quickly follow through. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to executive leadership by assisting with various projects supporting the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Timely post and maintain current open positions with various systems
• Manage and track applicants progress across multiple applicant tracking systems
• Source candidates from platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Reviews resumes, schedules, and conducts initial video interviews to evaluate work history, skills, education, training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications
• Coordinates additional interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Develops excellent relationships with candidates, hiring managers, partners, and leadership
• Provides additional administrative support to executive leadership as directed

Job Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience is preferred
• 3+ years of strong customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software
• Phone and video skills, willingness to communicate using those platforms
• Excellent and professional communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to meet potentially tight deadlines to achieve business needs
• High energy and a positive attitude will ensure a great culture fit

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Hybrid position post six month training period
• Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
• Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability to perform the duties proficiently
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 pounds

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
