Position Summary
This position is responsible for addressing the needs of our Single-Family Rental and Multi-Family business segments. Overseeing and completing measures, monitoring installation schedules and providing oversight on CapEx projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and develop deep customer relationships by providing customer focused account management
• Manage measure demands to meet customer deadlines by completing measures directly or managing 3rd party measure contractors
• Daily communication with customers to support branch operations. Facilitating any schedule or scope changes
• Lead problem resolution from customers, internal departments and installation teams

Job Qualifications

• 1-2+ Years of flooring experience, other construction trade or Multi-Family experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with problem solving ability
• Tech savvy with experience in Microsoft products
• Valid drivers license and insurable, own reliable transportation
• Flooring knowledge is a plus
• Construction estimating experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
