Interim HealthCare is seeking a full time Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator/Client Service Representative in our South Portland, Maine office. The CSR will assist in scheduling our client needs. The Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator/CSR serves as a key point of contact for our clients, employees and candidates. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to take initiative, an engaging phone manner, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Follow-through is a must! Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling, and cheerfully handling various inquiries from clients, employees and candidates on a daily basis. This role is an in-office position.
