InterHigh Online School Hiring for Education Support Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an Education Support Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. This role is completely remote where you will be working from home on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a salary of £18,000 – £20,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the role:

To strengthen our key objectives of quality, student engagement and scalability, we are seeking to recruit an Education Support Coordinator who will support our Learning Development Programme (LDP) and other educational administration requirements as part of our Education Strategy. The Education Support Coordinator will have worked in busy teams, be a conscientious administrator and may have experience of working in an educational setting. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior education team and will support our teachers. The successful candidate will also work with the Heads of Key Stages and Heads of Subject when required.

Key responsibilities of our Education Support Coordinator:

• Have excellent administration skills and capabilities (e.g. Microsoft Office)

• Experience of organizing busy and high-pressure teams to provide excellent outcomes

• Have capability to analyse data and compile data reports (e.g. Excel)

• Have worked in teams with external development support

• Have a good understanding of communication tools (e.g. Teams)

• Work well in teams from different disciplines and backgrounds

• Be able to work remotely with teachers and subject experts

• Able to work closely with the Associate Deans and project team

• Able to work with Heads of Key Stage and Heads of Subject to improve the student experience

• Undertake any other work as advised by the line manager

What we are looking for in our Education Support Coordinator:

• Excellent administration skills

• Excellent IT and online education skills

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage

• Ability to work well in teams

• Change and business improvement-focused

• Capability to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments

• Experience of working in the primary, secondary or college sector would be an advantage
