ICG is searching for a Talent Coordinator to support the HR team with a wide variety of assignments, including administrative & clerical tasks including, but not limited to:

• Supporting the onboarding of new employees, including generating offer letters, initiating the background check process, providing new hire paperwork, processing new hires through the onboarding system, and communicating with new hires during the onboarding time frame.
• Supporting the I-9 process by assisting with viewing pertinent documents and processing within the required time frame.
• Supporting the internal transitions process as it relates to scheduling internal interviews and meetings, generating transition letters, following set processes and processing employee changes in the employee database.
• Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance as directed.
• Redirecting HR related questions or inquiries to appropriate HR team members as needed.
• Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, processes and initiatives as needed such as internal audits, data collection, reporting/tracking, and employee communication.
• Communicating with other departments and/or HR specialties (Payroll, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) as appropriate.
• Supporting the HR functions as assigned.

Must always demonstrate confidentiality and discretion as this role will have access to employee and company information, sensitive non-public information, and personal private information.

Qualifications:

Education/Work Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Preference may be given to qualified candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative or customer service experience required.
• Previous HR experience or experience supporting business leaders preferred.

Core Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent organization skills required; strong attention to detail & follow-up skills are required
• Must be able to take abstract direction and take appropriate action as needed
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, often conflicting priorities while supporting multiple leaders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience communicating to large audiences through multiple platforms & at varying levels within the organization
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with a willingness to embrace change
• Must be comfortable with daily repetitive activities
• Proficient meeting tight deadlines
• Must always demonstrate confidentiality and discretion, balancing coordination of sensitive/confidential information with those who truly “need to know”
• Demonstrates a commitment to integrity & unyielding commitment to compliance and always “do the right thing”

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools required
• Experience managing MS Outlook email and calendar tools
• For remote employees, must have dedicated & secure private internet access to effectively run all required systems and software

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit/stand at a desk and work at a computer for extended periods of time
