As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full time CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER for our Richmond location. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, motivating the team, and responsible for overseeing daily operations of the customer service department. Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise the customer service team and ensure that daily operations are delivered.
Develop goals, ensure that the customer service team is aligned and help the team achieve the goals
Responsible in hiring, training the customer service team and ensuring that employees are given opportunities to develop and grow.
Responsible in engaging the customer service team in a fun and safe environment.
Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain dynamic relationship with customers by ensuring that queries, complaints and escalations are handled in a timely manner.
Responsible in communicating with internal and external customers for schedule of operations.
Responsible in ensuring that staff purchases are managed and coordinated accordingly.
Develop policies and process improvements to ensure the effectiveness of the customer service team’s operations.
Manage the administrative function of the role such as timely attendance and payroll inputs, pay for performance bonus and performance and salary reviews for the customer service team.
Coordinate and collaborate with other department to ensure process efficiency and delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years of customer service or account management experience.
Work experience in food service or manufacturing industry is an asset
Effective leader and drives employee performance and deliver quality customer service function.
Skilled communicator and have strong conflict resolution skills is an asset
Proven history in increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
Ability to manage time and a self-motivated individual.
