Role: Production Operative

Hours: 3-week shift rotation

Are you a motivated individual seeking an exciting opportunity in a production environment? We are currently hiring Production Operatives to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the product, successful candidate will need to be physically fit, as this role does involve some heavy lifting.

This position offers ongoing work with potential permanent work opportunities for the right candidates.

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Operating machinery and equipment to facilitate the production process.
· Performing quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards.
· Handling raw materials and finished goods, including some heavy lifting.
· Maintaining a clean and organised work area, despite the dusty environment.
· Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required:
· Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
(The client is willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn)
· Ability to work in a dusty environment & handle some heavy lifting.
· Good physical stamina & the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
· Attention to detail & a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
· Strong communication skills & the ability to work effectively in a team.
· Basic math skills for measuring & counting purposes.
· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (6 to 6)
Week 1: Monday & Tuesday Days 6am to 6pm, Thursday & Friday Nights 6pm to 6am
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Days 6am to 6pm, Saturday 6am to 12 noon
Week 3: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Nights 6pm to 6am
