INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME is proud to be the first accredited intensive care at home nursing service in Australia.

Our baby boy toddler client in Avalon beach, NSW is looking to complement his team of 24/7 ICU nurses for his nursing care whilst temporarily living with tracheostomy. We are therefore looking for reliable and committed ICU/PICU nurses with a minimum of two years ICU/PICU nursing experience for predominantly night shifts to begin with. You’re ideally wanting to make a difference to our client’s quality of life so he can live at home instead of going back to PICU!

Who you are

If you have a minimum of two years ICU/PICU experience and a critical care certificate(or equivalent) and you want to join a dynamic and progressive team of forward thinking ICU/PICU nurses and you think you have what it takes to provide our clients with the quality of life/quality of end of life at home instead of intensive care you have come to the right place.

Supported by a clinical liaison nurse/ educator and a team of senior ICU/PICU nurses with hundreds of years ICU/PICU experience combined, we are delighted to hear from you if you have

• A minimum of two years ICU/PICU experience
• Post-graduate critical care certificate or equivalent
• A “can-do” attitude
• High level of self-awareness
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent clinical judgement
• Excellent communication skills
