In addition to delivering extraordinary service on calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, you may

• Support customers between Monday-Friday
• Schedule M-F 800am-1100pm ET and Saturday 330pm-1100p ET
• Training Schedule M-F 1230pm-900pm ET (Duration- 2 weeks)
• Have open availability including weekends and holidays
• Take back-to-back customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
• Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone

What We Look for in a Candidate

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
• Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us.
