Our client, a prominent owner and operator of renewable energy projects across the United States, is seeking an accomplished individual to join their Human Capital team as a Recruiter.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, lead sourcing efforts, and shape innovative recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities :
As a pivotal member of our recruiting team, you will lead and manage all facets of our client’s recruitment process. This includes close collaboration with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, crafting strategic recruitment plans, defining job specifications, reviewing resumes, scheduling and monitoring candidate interviews, and facilitating offer acceptances.
Proactively developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels will be essential.
You will also drive process improvements, maintain accurate data in our Human Capital systems, and collaborate on ad-hoc recruiting initiatives.
Participating in our campus recruiting efforts, including intern and campus events, will be a key aspect of the role. Using data insights to inform future recruiting strategies and contributing to diversity initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits :
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 annually. In addition to competitive compensation, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a year-end bonus, medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
