Role : Logistics Analyst

Location : Plano, Texas – 75024

Duration : 5 Months on W2

Shift Timings : 9 am to 5 pm

100% Onsite role.

Skills Looking For :

• The job involves mainly around the project management of part number creation and transitions, particularly for Europe.
• Additionally, there’s a focus on a separate quality project called CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), where the goal is to change product tracking from batched to serialized.
• Excel proficiency is required. Extensive use of Excel for data-driven tasks.
• The primary focus of the role involves creating new part numbers and ensuring their proper setup in the system.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Supply chain background is strongly preferred but will also consider a quality background.
• The role involves supply chain execution tasks, such as planning and scheduling, to ensure timely delivery of products in compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly related to the EU MDR.
• Experience writing quality documentation.
• Project management skills : Ability to manage projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• The team is small, comprising three planners and the hiring manager. The role involves extensive interaction with cross-functional teams, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.
• Experience in a regulated industry like medical devices or aerospace is preferred.
• The candidate would interact with various teams on a daily basis, including planning, quality, regulatory, and possibly others.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners are crucial.

Candidates with a supply chain background are preferred over those with a quality background.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 of experience.
