Integrity Staffing Hiring for Office/HR Assistant at Lake Oswego, Oregon Full Time

We are seeking an Office Assistant for a local general contracting company. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable, HR Assisting and some Payrolling.

Responsibilities :

• Providing and processing hiring documentation and forms
• Maintaining employee timecards
• Assistance with processing payroll
• Maintaining and coordinating employee leaves / time-off
• Assistance with AR duties entering payments processing customer invoices collections
• Assistance with AP duties entering vendor invoices obtaining vendor invoice approval issuing checks

Qualifications :

• Experience with assisting Payroll, HR, and AP.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – intermediate
• Typing 40 WPM
• 10-Key
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles such as debits and credits
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Filing and data-entry proficiency
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Listening skills
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Detailed oriented
• Familiarity with Sage software or similar experience
• Construction background / knowledge
• Collections

Hours and Pay :

• Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
• $22 / hour to $24 / hour
