Join a rehab company and clinical team with a focus on educating patients and promoting wellness!

Responsibilities:

As an Office Coordinator (OC) with Panorama Physical Therapy, you will work with 45 orthopedic physicians and over 60 physical and occupational therapists. You will be a key part in our patient’s journey back to feeling better and doing more!
The Office Coordinator is the first person that greets our patients and helps to answer their questions about important items such as insurance and scheduling.
Good interpersonal, communication, multitasking and computer skills are essential in the OC role. Most of all, a great attitude, desire the help people and work as part of a team are critical.
We provide ongoing training/support and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to ask questions and offer suggestions.
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to navigate scheduling and electronic health record computer systems after training.
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
