Integrity Marketing a group is one of the largest distributor of life, health & wealth products in the a country.

Our Kennesaw office is looking to add additional recruiting staff to our rapidly growing Life Insurance Agency.

We are looking for someone that is extremely organized, proactive, a team player and has experience recruiting for a 1099 insurance position or something similar.

Must be computer, systems and social media savvy and bring recruiting experience and techniques to the company.

We are experience a huge amount of applicants to work with our agency so must be comfortable with extremely high daily call volume.

Will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new recruits. Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly goals. Will be responsible for managing job ads and analytics of each to ensure the proper KPI’s.

We are looking for someone to work out of our Kennesaw office from 8-430pm M-F. We provide a great benefits package, holidays, great team atmosphere and as an employee owned company you will earn equity in the company after 1 year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
