Position Description

Mission/Purpose of the Job

Responsible for overall global financial management of the company, including financial strategies, financing plans, budgeting, and reporting, implementing/improving accounting and financial control systems. Strong role in overall strategy formation, working closely with the President/CEO to craft the company’s long-term plans.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Responsible for the financial reporting of the business, including establishing and maintaining:
• Appropriate policies and procedures to protect the financial interests of the business, in alignment with parent company and regulatory agencies.
• A strong internal control environment through system controls as well as directing internal audit activities to confirm compliance.
• Appropriate reserves to mitigate future financial risks.
• Annual and periodic capital and operating budgets.

o A communication plan to the company/parent company on financial performance.

• Provide direct leadership in the areas of accounting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Primary contact for risk mitigation policies with external insurance providers.
• As an executive team member, provide input and assist in the execution of the overall growth strategy of the company.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Essential Education and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or closely related field. CPA, MBA, or other advanced degree strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

• 15 years’ experience
• 5+ years global manufacturing experience

Other Requirements

• Moderate travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 – $275,000.00 per year
