CME Program Manager

Overview:

Integrity CE, an ACCME-accredited provider with commendation, has an immediate opening for a Program Manager. The selected candidate will be able to implement and facilitate all facets of development of continuing medical education activities in both live and online formats.

Responsibilities:

• General project management tasks including budget tracking, timeline management, and status reporting
• Liaise with business development and executive teams to ensure activities are completed in alignment with proposed scope
• Oversight and execution of program logistics including venue, AV, catering, travel
• Recruitment and execution of letters of agreement with regional, state, and local society program hosts and institution grand rounds hosts
• Faculty recruitment, confirmation, and collection of forms
• Communication with and coordination with faculty for content development and faculty reviews
• Manage audience generation recruitment plans for live and virtual symposium, meeting series, and online activities
• Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors including distribution, graphics/web, production, audio-visual, and travel agency
• Collection of required materials for accreditation and execution of programs in accordance with ACCME criteria
• Coordinate development of content and program materials with internal medical and graphic design teams
• Plan and execute online program video recordings and oversee video editing process
• Prepare regularly scheduled reports for commercial supporters
• Provide on-site management of all assigned programs; coordinate on-site staffing when applicable
• Management of project coordinators and on-site staff

Requirements/Desired Attributes:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a continuing medical education agency
• Knowledge of accreditation policies and general procedure for alignment with ACCME policy
• Prior experience with live and online program formats. Experience with grand rounds and regional/state society series a plus
• Social media experience preferred
• Ability to train entry level staff
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Ability to travel in domestic US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
