Integriant Ventures Insurance Services seeks a Customer Care Representative to support our U65 Health Insurance department. The incumbent should possess the following competencies:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal team members and external clients.

• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

• Ability to react to change in a productive and positive manner.
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficient use of all Internet activities.
• Proficiency with office equipment, including fax machines, copiers, telephone systems, etc.
• Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate precisely and professionally in verbal and written communication with internal and external clients.
