Job Title: Legal Data Analyst

Location: US, Remote, or Hybrid based on location

Role Summary:

The role will be responsible for analyzing complex law firm and financial data, communicating with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information, and navigating and managing requests within the client’s tools & applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather the required information.
• Providing ad hoc ing to attorneys, pricing team, billing team, business development, and other groups to help analyze fee arrangements and support budgeting and forecasting requests.
• Outside counsel diversity compliance data management, analysis, and ing
• Input contract requests into client’s CLM tool, ensure the contracts are up to date and contain accurate information.
• Assist in drafting or reviewing RFPs or SOWs.
• Prepare and collate information for audit purposes.
• Work and track requests within multiple tools such as the client’s CLM tool, Excel, OneNote, and Teams.
• Regularly communicate with Integreon team management via various tools to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner and with the utmost quality.
• Answer or redirect questions from legal and business stakeholders about financial or law firm data based on geography, fee arrangements, or practice type.
• Learn and implement new technology applications and work on innovative process improvement along with management team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Data analysis and PowerBI creation experience is required.
• Must be able to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize work and activities, as well as monitor production, processes, and related materials.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to quickly and accurately process and analyze information, and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness commensurate to handling confidential and sensitive material.
• Must be able to effectively use computers and various software such as CLM tools, PowerBI, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excel macro experience is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Legal background or a relevant four-year college degree is required.
• Knowledge of legal billing and/or rates analysis at a law firm or professional services organization.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics preferred.
