Integrative Wellness Center of San Diego Hiring for Patient Care Coordinator at Remote Full Time

25-30+ hours a week, Virtual Patient Care Coordinator position for natural health care clinic needed. Applicant must be extroverted, hard working, responsible, reliable, honest, and stable. Applicant must also be trainable and able to accept redirection. Our clinic is looking for someone who is health conscious, caring, and forward thinking. One year of experience a plus but not necessary. We are interested in hiring A-players for this position.

Patient Care Coordinator duties and responsibilities

The core duties and responsibilities of a Patient Care Coordinator revolve around supporting others. Their job duties can vary widely, not just from job to job, but from day to day at the same job. On any given day, they may perform a variety of tasks, such as:

• Calling potential New Patients
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, s and other correspondence
• Write and edit documents from letters to s and instructional documents
• Create and maintain filing systems electronically
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping/keeping stats duties
• Strong communication & financial skills needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
