Our integrative psychiatry clinic is looking for a full-time medical assistant to join our team. We are led by a board-certified psychiatrist and offer several cutting-edge and integrative therapies.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to patient inquires by email, patient portal, and phone
• Scribing the doctors responses to patients outside appointments (As a psychiatry clinic we do not have scribes during sessions.)
• Helping our doctor create efficient systems for scribing
• Onboarding new patients
• Handling supplement inventory
• Assisting staff with other tasks and longer-term projects as needed, including research and educational projects
• Assisting with Neurotherapy treatments as needed
