The Position
Our Talent Acquisition Partners focus their efforts and contribution on delivering client-centric solutions through partnering with hiring leaders and the provision of strategic fit-for-purpose advice on talent acquisition activities. They support and guide hiring leaders on TA processes to ensure the acquisition of high-calibre talent for our current and future needs. They also partner with the broader TA Team to ensure delivery of high-quality candidate care and creation of candidate pools for current, future and critical roles.

What does good look like for this role?

• Successful delivery, execution, and documentation of a broad range of Recruitment services to achieve business and people outcomes.
• Creation of a wide range of industry partnerships resulting in sourcing pipelines and talent pools.
• Impart knowledge and share best practice within the Recruitment Team to ensure the collective is upskilled in emerging practices and internal capability is uplifted.
• Passionate advocacy on behalf of candidates, ensuring delivery of an excellent candidate experience.

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources related discipline or relevant experience.
• Expertise in full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing (passive and active) to negotiations, closing and on-boarding via corporate, internal, executive search and/or agency recruitment.
• Proven track record in optimisation of the talent acquisition function, through contributing ideas for process improvement and developing innovative ways to identify talent.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking or contact management systems with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Client management experience with the ability to partner with hiring managers across diverse locations to drive efficiency in the talent acquisition process.
• Excellent time-management with the ability to prioritise in a fast-changing environment with multiple business priorities.
• Effective influencing skills with the ability to develop productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience analysing HR data and trends for use in reports to help guide decision making
