Supporting the Head of Finance, this role will deliver and support strong long-term financial stewardship right across the organisation. As the Management Accountant you will also assist with building effective partnerships that will drive positive financial results through the deliverance of expert advice and support that aligns with the delivery of integratedliving’s strategic objectives.

What will you be doing?

• Timely and accurate completion of month-end processes and procedures including processing journals, preparing reconciliations and performance of budget variance analysis and commentary.
• Providing financial support, reporting and insights as a finance business partner for specified business units or cost centres. Business partnering includes data analysis, communication
• and use of financial and non-financial information to assist managers in making decisions that will affect the future performance.
• Assistance and involvement in preparation of key finance tasks including the year-end audit, annual budget and forecasts.
• A dedicated focus on ongoing development and improvement of processes and reporting across the business.

What will you need to bring?

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting or similar (required)
• CPA or ICAA Qualified, or similar (preferred)
• Effective partnering with the business throughout month-end, budgeting and reporting processes.
• Timely and accurate completion of month-end tasks and assistance with timely completion of annual external audit and budget processes.
• A dedicated focus on value-add to the business, reviewing and improving processes and procedures and providing of insightful analysis to internal and external stakeholders, as required.
