About the Role

• In partnership with the business and the People Senior Leadership Team, this role strategically contributes to the development, and leads the execution of, organisational change programs to enable the resolution of complex and or systemic people issues.
• It also develops and delivers contemporary and integrated people strategies, initiatives, and solutions that support the achievement of strategic and operational business plans.
• The role is accountable for the engagement, development, performance, and productivity of the People Partnering team and the quality of service provided by the team.
• It leads the People Partnering team and delivers strategic business outcomes through the People Partnering function through leading organisational initiatives and providing expertise to integratedliving and our clients.
• This role provides advice and recommendations to inform and influence organisational strategy, considering develops inside and outside integratedliving.
• As well as plan, build and grow capability for the whole organisation through personal expertise, aligning operational plan to transformation and strategy.

About You

• You will hold tertiary qualifications in a HR related discipline, together with significant experience partnering/influencing at Executive and Senior Leadership team level to achieve business objectives through People.
• You will be a seasoned practitioner able to identify and execute workforce planning and organisational design solutions to achieve current and future objectives.
• You will be at the front of change projects provide coaching and support to leaders and presenting as a champion for the People Team.
• You will have previous experience taking other organisations through the transformation to a HR partnering function within a centre of excellence model.
• Your style will be collaborative and inclusive. People partnering will be a passion for you and you will thoroughly enjoy proactively connecting with others within and across function(s).
• Our business is a maturing organisation and the People Team is also in its formative stages. This will present as a draw card for you. You will be able to understand where we are at and know where we can take it and relish the opportunity to be a part of this growth and change.
