Description :

Client Financial is seeking an SAP Software Engineer to deliver SAP techno functional solutions by configuration in FICO and Banking Services (Financial Services) and help developer in writing code and developing CDS Views, as well as performing unit / integration testing.

The position will be working on the Data Services team assisting in delivery of solutions for the Client Wholesale Financial Services function of the Order Management program.

The position requires expert knowledge and hands on experience working in SAP FICO, Banking Services, Bank Analyzer and FICAx scenarios and SAP MDG Model.

The position will also be a member of an Agile delivery team and will participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, demo, retro, etc.

Required technical / functional skills include (3 years+) :

Configuration in Banking Services Loan & Deposit Management

Configuration in FICAx Open item Management

Configuration in Bank Analyzer for Sub Ledger

CDS Views

HANA Views

SAP Data Services

LSMW, SQL and Query knowledge

Additional desired skills include :

Knowledge on cloud technology

Palantir and Data Migration experience

Experience is primary in this role, but a 4-year degree will also be accepted with some experience (no recent grads)

Major Purpose :

Works on a product team and supports product design by planning its work, coordinating with others, and writing and testing code to deliver moderately complex functionality on a complete product or significant portion of a product it supports.

This level develops simple designs to solve well-defined problems with guidance from more senior team members. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work to support personnel;

Makes decisions within established guidelines subject to review by supervisors; Executes high level applications to more complex problems.

Major Duties :

• Develops, codes, configures, and tests programs and systems. ? Evaluates and implements enhancement design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications.
• Analyzes assignments and determines software specifications that must be fulfilled to achieve objectives. ? Executes necessary documentation, as directed, or needed.
• Collaborates with other relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs. ? Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.
