Software Support Agent – Birmingham

In the everchanging world of modern technology, our HR software providing client is on the hunt for a brand new Software Support Agent to join their family in the Jewellery Quarter of Central Birmingham.

Reporting to your Customer Success Manager your main objective will be to assist customers in getting the most out of the software and troubleshooting day to day queries.

What the role entails…

• First and Second line support in the form of calls, emails, and support tickets
• Running queries and inspecting codes to diagnose potential problems
• Creating and updating support content based on your interactions and newly released figures to guide customers through the software
• Collaborating with different colleagues to produce marketing and training material

What we need from you!

• Experience in B2B software support
• SQL and basic HTML knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive work ethic
• Proficient in MO and experience of cloud-based business tools
