What will you be doing:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the TA function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the process of recruitment and on-boarding.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing HR administrative support and coordination of associated documentation for all job openings to onboarding across our portfolio of business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to open job requisitions, posting and advertising assistance, candidate status tracking, and background check process coordination, assist with external vendors, preparing correspondence and presentations, internal employee referral program, as well as assisting with data-driven special projects while leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

The role handles Talent acquisition focused activities for the business, however must maintain familiarity with the overall Human Resource field and ensure confidentiality with all HRM related matters;

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business and/or Human Resources discipline or equivalent staffing and recruiting related experience
