Under the leadership of the Executive Vice President of HR, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruiting efforts to find and place top talent inclusive of each company’s Government Contract positions.
The TA Specialist will work with hiring managers, senior management, candidates, and vendors to ensure the quality of staffing services;
will complete related monthly, quarterly, and annual projects and s; and will support the internal and external recruiting process to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant employment practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position is a hybrid remote position and requires the incumbent to be able to be in the Reston, VA office 2-3 days per week.

Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone.
Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance;
reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
