Integral Resources, LLC Hiring for Manager on Duty (+ reps)/Dialing Platform Operator (Remote Call Center) at Remote Full Time

We are looking for someone who can manage people, run the dialing platform, and honor the mission of our clients. We work for democratic campaigns and non profit organizations to work to make the world a more fair and equitable place!

As a Dialer Operator, you are responsible for all aspects of campaign management and strategy. As a Dialer Operations Administrator, you will use cutting-edge technology to monitor, analyze, and take action to achieve penetration goals.

Your duties vary, but they could include working with management to develop an overall calling strategy, documenting dialer activity, analyzing dialer information for possible issues, or adjusting dialer systems for maximum efficiency and performance.

Paid training provided!

On each shift you will work with the Coaches to identify which agents need support based on the needs of the shift.

• Manages and oversees a team of call center agents.
• Motivates and supports agents through feedback and communication.
• Measures KPIs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
