Responsibilities:

• General office work
• Data entry
• Marketing/social media accounts
• Staffing assistance
• Tracking inventory/supplies
• Organizing and maintaining corporate documents
• Assisting in Scheduling
• Experienced in insurance verifications, eligibilities, and authorizations
• Medical Billing: accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Scheduling calls and meetings for multiple employees

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the use of computers, and related software such as Microsoft Office is necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within EMR systems
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to supporting software applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Work independently and effectively

Education:

• High School Diploma required
