Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent experience;
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a production environment with high speed packing machines in Medical Device Mfg / Pharma
Excellent communication skills
Experience reading, interpreting, and writing work instructions and procedures;
Ability to give and welcome constructive feedback; contribute to building a positive team spirit.
Knowledgeable in the following areas: knowledge of MS Office Suite, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) paperwork (Bills of Materials (BOMs), Pick Lists, Routing
Labor tracking/Materials tracking, production planning, quality system regulations, problem solving skills, process improvement techniques and Food and Drug Administration (FDA), ISO Standards, GMP
Excellent problem solving and mechanical aptitude
Sound knowledge of Lean Principles/Manufacturing
