Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Pharma, Healthcare, Life Science – c£50K + Package
An excellent opportunity has arisen with an exciting Life Science organisation. We are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, on a remote basis, to play a pivotal role in ensuring recruitment excellence as the organisation experiences growth over the coming year.
The role will focus on attracting and recruiting high calibre employees for a variety of disciplines, ensuring that all hiring is done in a cost effective and timely basis and providing an expert and efficient service to hiring managers and candidates, whilst also developing and marketing the employer brand.
Role and Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery for vacancies across the organisation, liaising on both candidate and hiring manager side
Provide expert advice, guidance and support to HR colleagues and hiring managers across the organisation
Develop role specific recruiting strategies, employing both traditional sourcing methods as well as developing new, innovative approaches
Build key market knowledge and ensure access to preferred recruitment channels such as industry or role specific job boards and LinkedIn
Engage and manage key delivery partners including external agencies and search firms to ensure value for money and successful outcomes
Undertake initial screening of applicants, as well as phone/video screens pre-interviews where applicable and manage communications with candidates throughout the process
Set up systems to support the effective recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
Define, develop and market a strong and compelling employer brand
Contribute to the creation and development of a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments
Essential Skills and Experience:
Solid in-house recruiting experience including across a range of different organisational functions
Experience leading on and managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish (including on senior level hires) and specialist roles
Significant experience in designing and having full ownership of successful recruitment campaigns
Experienced negotiator, able to achieve value for money from suppliers
Experience of using social media to increase the success of recruitment campaigns
