About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative, Claims Management Services to join our growing team!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support for travel and credit card claims with the ability to act decisively and a high degree of autonomy. This role can be based out of our Mississauga ON, Moncton NB, Dartmouth NS or St. John’s NL office and requires flexibility to work shifts between the working hours are 8-8pm EST M-F and Sat 9-5pm EST.

Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
1 year experience in a call centre environment (in a queue) is preferred or previous customer service experience with a proven history of strong customer focus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Insurance industry experience is beneficial
Degree/Diploma in a relevant field and/or professional qualification
Experience within a changing environment and a process improvement mindset
You are enthusiastic and excited to enroll and take the path towards completion of the CIP designation.
