About the role

We’re looking for a Content Evaluator to join our growing team!

As a Content Evaluator in our Property Claims department, your work will have a big impact by supporting the claims department in helping our customers get back on their feet. People will count on your savvy internet research skills to find the pricing of items, ultimately leading to an effortless customer experience.

This position is a fulltime 18-month term opportunity based in either Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or Victoria.

What You’ll Do Here

Investigate and research the price of contents.

Collaborate with adjusters and customers on file management and settlement of the content portion of the claims in a timely and effective manner.

Provide proactive communication with various stakeholders.

Record, monitor and update the list of contents.

Collect information from adjusters and provide calculations of content reimbursement.

Ask questions, be curious and recommend ways to improve efficiencies.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:
Prior claims experience is an asset.

Prior experiencing using Exclaim software is an asset.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent investigation and researching abilities.

Adaptable and agile in a rapidly evolving business.
