Talent Acquisition Specialist
Pay Rate : $40.00 / hr
Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday – Friday
Location : Billerica, MA 01821
Billerica is a new office that is being remodeled. They will be working in a Hybrid environment and need to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

Must-Have :
Direct Labor Recruiting Experience
High Volume Recruitment Experience
Nice to Have :
Staffing / Agency background experience supporting high-volume manufacturing hiring is strongly desired
Experience with the Taleo Applicant Tracking System
Knowledge of employment-related regulations such as EEO, AAP and OFCCP
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Partners with management to develop job specifications / requirements, and competencies, make salary recommendations, and negotiate starting salary with candidates.
Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
Sources candidates, manages workforce demands and develops networks to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies, and recruiting contractors.
Phone screens and conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees.
Manages applicant tracking system and creates s and metrics analysis.
May prepare applicant assessments, provide applicants with information on the company, oversee background checks and drug testing, check references, and ensure successful hiring and onboarding process.

Years Experience Required :
2-5 years of full life cycle. Okay with agency experience but need a combination of full lifecycle DL recruiting.

Experience in high-volume direct labor (manufacturing, light industrial) Recruiting
Ability to work in a chaotic under-construction environment start-up environment
Ability to manage a high volume of phone screens and coordinate efficiently to move fast to interviews
Experience with Taleo would be nice.

Sourcing and screening candidates
Following MDT processes documentation / follow up etc
Making offers and closing candidates so they show up!!
Requirements :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong sourcing skills
Proven learning agility and flexibility experiences
Experience with PCs and MS Office
Experience leveraging the latest digital technology (Social Media Company, Indeed, Glassdoor)
