• Handle the onboarding and activation of new customers to application
• Handle the ongoing daily support for customers, including connectivity troubleshooting and payment issues
• Provide ongoing updates and knowledge to service our customers in a manner that allows the customers to obtain the utmost efficiency and productivity from our offered solutions
• Handle ongoing testing of company’s application in staging/testing environment
• Handle ongoing testing and review of functionality of company’s production environment

• Are proficient in use of Microsoft Office software products and have the ability to quickly adopt new technologies
• Have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base
• Are bilingual – French and English, both written and spoken
• Are familiar with major broker management systems
• Have effective and engaging presentation skills for small and large virtual audiences

• Postsecondary degree / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working within the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, with knowledge brokerage and insurance company operations
• Solid negotiation skills and high customer service orientation
• The ability to gain a high-level understanding of underlying technology of InsurePay applications
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and banking products

11:00am – 7:30 pm EST (10:00am – 6:30pm CST, 8:00am – 4:30pm PST, 9:00am – 5:30pm MST, or 12:00pm – 8:30 pm AST)

Le (la) candidat(e) retenu(e) relèvera du chef de la direction et aura la responsabilité première des ventes à l’interne, de l’intégration des nouveaux clients et du soutien quotidien aux clients déjà existants.

Principales responsabilités

• Intégration et activation de nouveaux clients à l’application
• Support quotidien soutenu pour les clients, y compris le dépannage pour les problèmes de connectivité et de paiement
• Fournir des mises à jour et des connaissances continues pour servir nos clients, de façon à leur permettre d’obtenir une efficacité et une productivité maximales à partir de nos solutions proposées

Responsabilités supplémentaires

• Tests continus de l’application de l’entreprise dans un environnement d’activation de données et d’essais
• Tests continus et examen de la fonctionnalité de l’environnement de production de l’entreprise.

Compétences

• Connaissance de l’utilisation des produits logiciels Microsoft Office et capacité à adopter rapidement les nouvelles technologies
• Compétences en communication orale et écrite et capacité à travailler avec une clientèle diversifiée
• Bilingue, français et anglais parlé et écrit
• En mesure de faire des présentations efficaces et dynamiques auprès de petits et de grands auditoires virtuels
• De solides aptitudes à la négociation et très orienté(e) vers le service à la clientèle

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou une expérience équivalente
• Expérience de travail au sein de l’industrie de l’assurance de dommages, avec connaissance du courtage et des opérations des sociétés d’assurance
• Familiarité avec les principaux systèmes de courtage
• Capacité à très bien comprendre la technologie sous-jacente à l’application InsurePay
• Connaissance pratique des principes comptables et des produits bancaires
