What we need from you. . .

• Experienced – 2+ years of commercial lines, customer service, and insurance industry experience
• Licensed – Current, active P&C license
• Knowledgeable – A high level of expertise and commanding knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings, etc.
• Tech-savvy – A comprehensive understanding of agency management systems, Applied Systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position
• Communication and Customer Service- You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and a drive to offer superior customer service to clients and coworkers.
• Work Ethic – Self-motivated and disciplined, you love working in a collaborative team environment and have a desire to help others!

Duties will include:

• Responsible for supporting Account Managers, sales team, customer support, and team members
• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete client service tasks related to new business applications, renewal, policies
• Respond to clients by email, phone, and in -person in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer files and database
