Instep UK Hiring for Quality Specialist – Education Job at Widnes, England Full Time

At Instep UK our Quality Specialists are responsible for programme planning and creation, through to implementation, ongoing continuous improvement, and evaluation. The Specialist will have portfolio management responsibility for all Professional Services programmes, including quality monitoring and quality assurance activities.

What makes a great Quality Specialist?

You must be innovative, able to manage change, have excellent communication and influencing skills, be results driven and understand what makes a business or organisation successful.
You will be a qualified IQA and hold a formal teaching qualification at L4 or above along with proven experience in curriculum design/creation. You will have worked in the Professional Services sector and have significant experience of providing one-one coaching sessions and group training delivery. You will be confident using learning platforms/ e-portfolio systems and have experience of supporting learners using a blended approach of face-to-face and remote support.
Due to the nature of this role a driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
